Meet Yvonne Nicolas

My name is Yvonne Nicolas, and I am an author! Felt AHH-mazing to type that. 

Since the age of fourteen, I have been an enthusiastic reader, constantly craving more books to devour. I would finish two to three novels a week, sometimes even more. That's when my passion for erotic romance took root. 

Creativity has always coursed through my veins, manifesting in my love for music, drawing, and architectural design. After college, I was fortunate enough to secure a position as an architectural designer. It was an incredible experience, and I genuinely enjoyed my work. However, there was a lingering sense that something was missing from my heart. Sadly, the housing market crash struck, causing architectural firms nationwide to suffer. Despite my firm's efforts to retain its employees, I was eventually let go. While I understood the circumstances, it was still a disappointing turn of events.

Little did I realize that this setback would be a blessing in disguise.

Writing has always been a part of my life, even during my time as an architectural designer. However, the stories I penned were meant solely for my eyes. I doubted their quality and never considered sharing them with others. This fear is something many writers can relate to. One day, a friend stumbled upon my "slutty story" file, as humorously named as it was. Surprisingly, she thoroughly enjoyed the tale and insisted I was wasting my natural talent by keeping it hidden. At first, I dismissed her praise, assuming she was biased as my friend. Yet, she persistently encouraged me for months. Eventually, I relented. With a trembling heart and overwhelming fear, I unveiled my stories to the world. To my astonishment, my first release became a bestseller! It felt as though the world had gone mad, or perhaps my friend was right all along—I possessed a gift for writing.

And now, I'm deeply in love with my imagination and the vibrant characters that emerge from it. While I understand that not everyone may share the same enthusiasm for my creations, I assure you they will leave lasting impressions.
